• Develop and implement a compliance framework for fiat on/off-ramp and payment products that aligns
• Design compliance-ready payment and settlement models, combining stablecoins with traditional
• Build and maintain documentation including policies, business models, SOPs, and risk assessment
• Support and coordinate license applications (e.g., EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP, MiCAR, or equivalent) by
• Work directly with legal and compliance counsel to ensure regulatory filings meet jurisdictional
• Liaise with regulators and external legal advisors to clarify and align requirements for

🎯 Requirements

• 5~10 years of professional experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory operations within
• Proven track record of building or scaling compliance frameworks for global payment solutions or
• Experience engaging with regulators and supporting license applications (EMI, PSP, SVF, CASP
• Strong understanding of fiat payment infrastructures, including card settlement, bank transfers
• Familiarity with crypto compliance frameworks, including VASP, stablecoin, and blockchain-based
• Hands-on experience designing payment fund flows, operational policies, and internal control systems
