• Build a scalable compliance layer for Alan as it grows across markets.
• Design and implement end-to-end processes that reduce manual work and friction.
• Create tooling that automates recurring regulatory tasks for Corporate teams and experts.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Governance, Risk, and Security to ensure compliant product progression.
• Ship first systems that provide fast, self-serve access to Corporate resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience turning manual processes into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code/low-code
• Interest in regulated work with ability to ramp up quickly in a new domain.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to work autonomously and ship outcomes.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; ownership from planning to adoption.
