• Precise scoping and spec writing: translates regulatory requirements into specs engineers can execute
• Highly organized and detail-oriented: nothing falls through the cracks
• Ability to ship quickly, so compliance doesn't become the bottleneck
• Technical fluency: read API docs and understand webhooks without coding
