Compliance Program Manager, Senior

📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day management and oversight of export controls, foreign influence, research
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and procedures through
• Independently determine appropriate methods and evaluation criteria for compliance activities
• Serve as a subject matter expert on export control regulations, foreign influence requirements, and
• Review third-party arrangements involving international entities and foreign nationals to assess
• Conduct export control assessments, including product and technology classifications, shipping

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare compliance, research compliance
• CHC, CRC, or another recognized compliance certification, or the ability to obtain one within the
• A JD or LLB from an accredited US law school is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state healthcare and research regulations, particularly export
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and frameworks, including the BIS 50% Rule
