Compliance QA Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end quality assurance framework application to cryptocurrency and sanctions
• Partner with key BSA/CFT and Sanctions Program Owners to provide comprehensive, action-oriented
• Monitor key metrics, raise key insights, risks and themes and drive forward accountability of these
• Ensure that quality standards keep pace with Block's expanding product roadmap and evolving
• Work alongside Quality Program Managers and leadership to maintain the quality assurance framework

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in BSA/AML/KYC compliance and compliance operations at a financial services firm
• A track record of influencing enterprise-wide compliance programs and advising executive leadership
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, risks, and typologies, paired with an analytical
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the organizational skills to manage competing
• The ability to execute independently and at a high level while working effectively with team
• Demonstrated AI fluency: framing ambiguous compliance problems for AI, critically evaluating
