Compliance Risk & Controls Manager, Unsecured Line

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end compliance workstreams for unsecured line of credit.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk to implement compliant solutions.
• Develop audit-ready documentation, controls, and governance processes.
• Drive cross-functional compliance initiatives from planning through launch.
• Monitor compliance risks and strengthen processes to enable scalable growth.
• Foster ownership and collaboration across teams on regulatory matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product compliance or risk for unsecured lending.
• Experience interpreting consumer lending regs, including FCRA/Regulation V and credit reporting.
• Experience leading compliance workstreams for product launches or major enhancements.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk.
• Experience developing audit-ready documentation, controls, and compliance processes.
