Ensure compliance with all applicable SAMA regulations related to payment services (e.g., EMI, PSP
Review and approve new products to ensure alignment with SAMA requirements
Monitor internal processes and product structures for regulatory adherence
Track, interpret, and implement changes from SAMA circulars and regulatory updates
Review and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency with current SAMA
Ensure receipt and proper dissemination of all circulars and publications issued by SAMA; follow up

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role at a SAMA-regulated entity operating in the
Solid understanding of SAMA's regulatory framework for payment services
Experience in regulatory reporting and policy review
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
