📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day AML/CTF compliance operations with delegated authority from the Chief Compliance
• Drive the development, preparation, and presentation of materials for required AML Compliance
• Prepare and file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and other regulatory filings for assigned
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews, assessing customer
• Monitor regulatory developments across Ireland and Bermuda, flagging relevant changes to the MLRO
• Partner with internal teams including CX, Legal, and Operations to ensure consistency in compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AML/CTF compliance, financial crimes, or a related compliance function
• Working knowledge of AML/CTF legislation in Ireland and/or Bermuda, including the Criminal Justice
• Demonstrated experience conducting customer due diligence (CDD/EDD) reviews, transaction
• Proven ability to contribute to compliance governance processes, including preparing reporting and
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs

🎁 Benefits
