📋 Description

• Operationalise and maintain the firm’s compliance policies and procedures in strict alignment with
• Track evolving UK regulatory developments
• Prepare regulatory compliance reporting packs, KPIs, and compliance monitoring outcomes for the
• Assist with regulatory notifications and periodic regulatory returns
• Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure compliance with operational resilience frameworks
• Monitor product design, customer journeys, price and value assessments, and customer support

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar compliance role within financial services (preferably in a fintech
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Preferably at least one recognised professional compliance qualification (e.g. ICA)
