Compliance Senior Manager - Malta

📋 Description

• Draft and coordinate responses, regulatory notifications, thematic review submissions and gap
• Conduct ongoing regulatory horizon scanning across EMI and MiCA/CASP frameworks, keeping product
• Maintain the master regulatory compliance calendar to track and monitor all mandatory filings
• Assist in drafting compliance reports and presentation decks for the Board of Directors, Internal
• Assist policy owners across the business in drafting, updating, and reviewing firm-wide compliance
• Oversee the execution of the Annual Compliance Monitoring/Testing Plan and track remediation plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar compliance role within financial services (preferably in a fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Working knowledge of the MFSA Financial and CASP Rules and Handbooks, EMD, PSD2 (and awareness of
