• Utilize platforms such as Alloy, PerformLine, Affinity, Salesforce, and Google Suite for compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance compliance processes, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of consumer lending compliance experience—preferably in fintech or banking
• Hands-on experience with marketing compliance, complaint tracking, and bank/institution audit
• Solid understanding of consumer lending and servicing regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP, FCRA
• Skilled in applying tools like Alloy, PerformLine, Salesforce, Google Suite, and ChatGPT
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple compliance
