• Improve compliance review of product changes and marketing activities by integrating checks into

• Partner with C-level, Product, and Marketing for key decisions and find safe ways to implement

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, trust & safety, legal, or related field
• Experience managing a team or functional area
• Deep understanding of business processes and ability to identify gaps and propose solutions
• Strong leadership and communication skills, experience managing complex projects and
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to turn complex requirements into clear recommendations and solutions
