Compositing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead a 2D compositing team and ensure quality/continuity.
• Assign 2D shots with production on deadlines; optimize the 2D pipeline.
• Oversee tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, matte extraction.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to artists; solve technical issues.
• Interface with CGI, roto, and matte painting teams for integration.
• Manage shot progress and budgeting; mentor team.

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Nuke and compositing tools.
• Deep color pipeline mastery (LUTs, DI).
• Experience in project management and artist oversight.
• Leadership: train/mentor a team of artists.
• Keying, rotoscoping, tracking, and grain management.
• On-set supervision helpful but not required.
