Own end-to-end accounting for compute and infrastructure lease-related activities
Evaluate infrastructure arrangements for appropriate accounting treatment under US GAAP
Partner with Technical Accounting to assess complex transactions
Lead accounting operationalization of new infrastructure programs
Design and implement system solutions for lease accounting and fixed asset tracking
Own month-end and quarter-end close activities for the lease portfolio

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or finance
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 842, ASC 810, ASC 360)
Experience with complex lease arrangements, embedded leases, equipment financing
Experience with consolidation accounting, VIE, SPEs
Ability to translate complex accounting into scalable processes
Experience with lease accounting systems, fixed asset systems, ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
