🎯 Requirements

PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or adjacent field (e.g., CS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, NLP, Computer Vision, RL, Data Science).
Experience as ML Engineer, AI Researcher, Applied Scientist, Data Scientist, or similar.
Strong understanding of core ML/AI concepts including model training, evaluation, optimization, and real-world application.
Ability to write clearly in English about complex technical topics.
Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
