Computer Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical contact for assigned clients.
• Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, servers, networks, and cloud apps.
• Conduct IT assessments and deliver performance, security, and reliability recommendations.
• Troubleshoot Level 1/2 incidents and manage escalations with RMM tooling.
• Deploy and migrate servers, firewalls, wireless networks, and cloud workloads.
• Lead IT projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, server upgrades, and DR planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on IT support/consulting in MSP or similar environment.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, and virtualization.
• Microsoft 365 admin: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs.
• Backup, endpoint security, and RMM/PSA tooling experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service with strong communication.
