📋 Description

• Lead a team to ensure concession is run efficiently
• Provide high level customer service through styling advice, product knowledge and experience
• Analyse selling information and own concession sales performance
• Lead and motivate sales assistants to achieve service standards
• Lead recruitment, induction and training for new starters
• Identify talents and create development plans for progression

• Genuine interest in others; strong planning and organisational abilities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills; strong commercial sense in fashion/retail
• Confident English communicator; additional languages are a plus
