📋 Description

• Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a virtual panel (~1,000 members).
• Focus on longevity via lifestyle medicine; include GLP-1s, peptides and non-pharma options.
• Lead digital workflows, scheduling, and white-glove service protocols.
• Shape practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement in a startup.
• Protected time for urgent care, in-depth consults (50-min new, 25-min follow-ups).
• Fully remote, cash-pay model with no insurance billing.

🎯 Requirements

• US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 3+ years outpatient practice.
• Active medical license (or eligibility).
• Experience in virtual care and/or concierge, DPC, or membership models.
• Strong track record of patient experience and clinical excellence.
• Comfort with AI documentation, wearables, diagnostics, lifestyle and longevity topics.
