📋 Description

• Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a virtual panel (~1,000 members).
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary care team and AI-powered documentation.
• Lead development of digital workflows, scheduling, and service protocols.
• Shape practice culture and patient engagement as a clinical voice.
• Protect time for same-day urgent care and longer consults (50/25).

🎯 Requirements

• US board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• 3+ years outpatient practice experience.
• Active medical license (or eligibility).
• Service-oriented approach to patient care and engagement.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date on longevity, wearables, mental health, and more.
• Preferred: multi-state licensure (NC/TX/CA/IN) or expansion states.
