📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with directions and information.
• Maintain clear front desk logs for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and patrol to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience as door staff, receptionist, or in customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant roles.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain an Illinois PERC (state training requirements).
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements: lift 50+ lbs, patrol, stairs, and work in inclement weather.
