Conference Event Producer

📋 Description

• Identify potential speakers and recruit prospects by phone and email.
• Educate speakers on why to speak at Bisnow events.
• Build and manage the full event experience; develop content ideas and recruit C-level speakers; coordinate sponsorship with sales.
• Collaborate with departments to reach ambitious sales goals.
• Develop community contacts; promote Bisnow attendance via associations and local groups.
• Research CRE topics and top speakers for events.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 - 5 years of live event production or property management experience.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage, develop and launch multiple projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
• Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on, roll up your sleeves work ethic; tenacity is expected.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key people in CRE.
