Conference Event Producer (Content)

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit potential speakers via phone and email.
• Create and manage event experiences; recruit C-level speakers; drive sponsorship with Sales.
• Educate speakers on benefits of presenting at Bisnow events.
• Collaborate across departments to support sales-driven goals.
• Build community contacts; promote Bisnow events; partner with associations.
• Manage speaker relations from concept to day-of execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of data center knowledge/experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong PM and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Build relationships with key CRE professionals.
• Open to feedback and constructive criticism.
