📋 Description

• Manage Conference group and coordinate across Team leaders.
• Lead and coordinate among Team leaders; triage workload.
• Drive Conference growth with defined metrics.
• Mentor teammates to grow skills and research expertise.
• Facilitate trainings to advance teammates’ growth.
• Propose improvements to policies, procedures, and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 2+ years of due diligence, risk or compliance research.
• Sound knowledge of due diligence and KYC/KYS.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
