🎯 Requirements

2+ year degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of customer service or other client relationship experience
Proficiency in business software including MS Office and Text Editing software
Excellent attention to detail
1+ years of RTSM/IRT experience
1+ years in the Life Sciences industry
