Build, maintain, test, and audit provider network data in the claims processing system to ensure
Monitor, research, and resolve EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
Validate and process W9 provider tax forms
Configure WelbeHealth's standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Associate's degree (preferred)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
