Configuration Specialist (contract)

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Change Board meetings; ensure timely review, disposition, and execution of
• Own and enforce the change control process across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Maintain and evolve product configuration baselines for aircraft, subsystems, and accessories.
• Ensure traceability and documentation of released items in 3DEXPERIENCE PLM; synchronize BOMs and
• Act as a liaison between design, supply chain, production, and quality teams for change management
• Develop training, checklists, templates, and workflows to improve change control process efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in configuration or document control, change management, or PLM
• Hands-on experience with PLM tools (preferably 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA) and ERP systems (preferably
• Strong understanding of engineering change workflows and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to facilitate meetings and drive alignment.
