Configuration Specialist

📋 Description

• Support the CM SOPs by executing daily CM admin tasks and ensuring compliance.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate product baselines in PLM and MES.
• Drive change management workflows; route ECRs/ECOs/Deviations/Waivers; track status; prepare agendas/minutes.
• Update EBOMs/MBOMs and document lists (CIDL/ABCL) to reflect changes.
• Ensure new parts/docs adhere to item classification schemes and numbering conventions.
• Act as ambassador for PLM and MES; guide cross-functional teams on CM best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering background (Bachelor in electrical/electronic/mechanical/aero)
• Prior experience in configuration management or related engineering
• Strong attention to detail and methodical data handling
• EBOM vs MBOM, product breakdowns, and item classification
• Hands-on with PLM/ERP/MES or doc mgmt systems (Arena, Windchill, SAP)
• Fluent in English
