Configuration Technician

📋 Description

• Install and configure OS on various hardware.
• Create and configure RAID arrays.
• Flash BIOS and firmware on hardware.
• Install software images via internal PXE environment.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Communicate production problems with teams.
• Assemble hardware from build docs.
• Log discrepancies between build and instructions.
• May work extended hours during peak times.
• Work as assembly technician or fulfill other roles as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years in assembly/manufacturing.
• Experience with computer hardware.
• Experience with various OS; Linux preferred.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Able to work additional hours and weekends.
