📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve BlaBlaCar Backoffice services
• Maintain strategic features like claim management and reporting
• Own substantial features from design to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to translate needs into solutions
• Improve code quality through reviews and mentorship
• Document APIs and services for consumer teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in fast-growing companies with a strong engineering culture
• Strong knowledge of Java and software architecture fundamentals
• Hands-on with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Datadog monitoring
• Extensive experience building, deploying, and operating backend microservices in production
• Product-focused mindset delivering business impact in design
• Comfortable balancing business needs with technical constraints
