📋 Description

• Establishing rates and financial retention levels for new and existing group insurance plans while
• Managing assigned accounts internally and proactively responding to client requests concerning
• Preparing proposals and responding to requests for information, including developing tailored
• Coordinating complex client onboarding activities, including plan structures, applications
• Negotiating contracts and financial agreements, including group insurance plan provisions and
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and support long-term financial

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in group insurance underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of the group insurance market, products, and services.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including data manipulation and pivot tables
• Post-secondary education and strong business, mathematical, and analytical capabilities.
• Professional expertise in risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with and support sales teams.
