• Design and deploy comms strategies to support business objectives.
• Advise executives in their communications to employees.
• Act as a team expert on internal communications issues.
• Design and produce internal content: memos, videos, newsletters, Workplace posts, Canva visuals.
• Pilot ad hoc projects related to internal communications and employee experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our communication channels.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-8 years' relevant experience
• Strong advisory role and proven experience advising executives
• Strategic and synthetic thinking
• Autonomy of thought and action
• Deliverables-focused, always in solution mode
• High tolerance to ambiguity and ability to pivot when necessary
