📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day administration of the ATS and data quality.
• Create, post, and monitor job ads across platforms.
• Coordinate administrative activities for talent acquisition.
• Source talent across platforms and build candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
• Support Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR coordination, or related role.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and drive to improve processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
