• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Experience in insurance defence litigation, particularly personal injury and accident benefits
• Experience handling subrogation matters is considered a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of legal documentation, civil litigation procedures, and court processes.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment, word processing software, and legal document
