Conservation Support Engineer – Latin America

📋 Description

• Work with protected areas and conservation organizations across Latin America to understand their
• Own a set of sites in the region that were set up but never became active, and bring them into
• Follow up with sites after onboarding, spot where adoption has stalled, and coach teams through the
• Act as the regional voice of the user, feeding what sites need back to our product, documentation
• Be a first point of contact for user questions and field issues from the region, resolving them
• Configure and maintain EarthRanger sites: users, event types, patrol types, maps, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• A conservation foundation. Either hands-on work in conservation or protected areas (ranger
• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
• A track record of helping others succeed with a tool, a process, or a program: training, support
• Comfortable learning web and mobile software and explaining it to people who are not, and open to
• A self-motivated remote professional with strong time-management skills: able to balance multiple
• Able to travel within Latin America less than 10% of the year.
