Consolidation and Reporting Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead timely consolidation procedures across entities to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare topside consolidation journal entries with robust documentation.
• Develop consolidated financial reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Own FICO master data, including GL mapping, cost centers, regions.
• Guide consistent FICO master data across ERP/consolidation systems.
• Support 20-F disclosures and related financial reporting controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 3–5+ years consolidation accounting and financial reporting; Big 4 a plus.
• GAAP and/or IFRS knowledge; experience with US-listed company.
• ERP software experience; OneStream and Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable.
• Strong internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
