Consolidation and Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Lead consolidation procedures across multiple entities for global consistency.
• Prepare topside consolidation journal entries with supporting docs.
• Develop consolidated reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Manage FICO master data: GL mapping, cost centers, regions.
• Ensure SOX/compliance throughout close and consolidation processes.
• Lead M&A consolidation/FICO workstreams as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in consolidation accounting and financial reporting; Big 4 a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS; US-listed company experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; OneStream and Dynamics 365 desirable.
• Strong internal controls, audit processes, and SOX compliance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
