Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead AI automation and adoption across accounting and reporting processes: identify high-volume
• Build, document, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and reporting automation, including in Pigment
• Support the external reporting team in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and
• Prepare supporting analyses for external reporting, such as flux and variance explanations, key
• Support technical accounting by researching accounting questions, preparing recurring memos and
• Support SOX compliance, including the design, documentation, operation, and remediation of internal

🎯 Requirements

• A hands-on, daily user of AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT, with concrete examples of
• Experience building your own AI workflows or agents, for example with Claude Code or Codex, to
• SEC reporting experience, including preparing or supporting quarterly and annual financial
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a combination of Big 4 public accounting and
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, including experience researching and documenting accounting conclusions.
