Construction Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project accounting and WIP for site projects.
• Prepare and review job cost reports and variances.
• Support milestone billing, revenue recognition, and controls.
• Coordinate with Field Ops, Estimating, and Project Mgmt for costing.
• Ensure month-end close and GAAP compliance for projects.
• Provide financial insights to leadership to protect profitability.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of construction or job-cost accounting experience preferred.
• QuickBooks Online or ERP experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
