• Process and manage accounts payable invoices in Procore and Sage, ensuring accurate entries and
• Prepare and post AIA invoices in Sage, maintaining accurate billing records and supporting
• Create jobs and job contracts in Sage for both construction and consulting divisions, ensuring that
• Create, update, and manage change orders in Sage, maintaining consistency between project
• Review and approve weekly timesheets in Sage, verifying accuracy and ensuring appropriate
• Prepare project invoices using Excel and Sage, ensuring billing information is accurate and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in construction accounting or
• Hands-on experience with Sage is required, including invoice processing, project setup, contract
• Practical experience with AIA billing processes is required, including preparing and posting
• Experience using Procore for accounts payable invoice processing and construction project financial
• Understanding of construction accounting processes, project costs, job contracts, change orders
• Ability to use Excel to prepare, organize, and review project invoices and billing information.
