📋 Description

• Submittals, RFIs, and project schedules on all active sites.
• Field docs: Matterport scans, drone footage, progress photos/video.
• Warranty issues logged, assigned, and fixed; liaison across teams.
• Site walks at pre-acq, pre-construction, active build, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in construction mgmt, civil eng, or architecture, or equivalent.
• Comfortable with heavy travel; about 70% on the road.
• Translate field conditions into clear updates for a remote HQ.
• Fluency in standard construction docs: submittals, RFIs, schedules, close-out.
• Experience with Matterport and jobsite photo workflows, or quick learner.
• FAA Part 107 drone certification, or achieve within 90 days.
• Low ego; build trust with GC PMs and trades.
