Construction Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee, track, and report progress/quality of contractor work.
• Proactively address resident concerns during construction.
• Manage field project status and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with clients and property managers for business installations.
• Survey and manage construction for MDUs.
• Conduct site surveys for network changes and business customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in cable or telecom underground fiber construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSP design and construction methods.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating multi-site projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
