📋 Description

• Own design development and construction detailing across multiple homes
• Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions before site
• Review drawings for constructability; catch conflicts and gaps
• Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines for clean docs
• Keep reporting tight, consistent, reliable
• Collaborate across time zones with architects, engineers, PMs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years coordinating/executing residential projects
• Manage a high volume of homes concurrently
• US construction experience beyond drawings
• India-based, US-facing collaboration
• Revit or BIM familiarity a plus
• Strong constructability coordination and documentation
