3+ years of professional construction estimating experience
Experience estimating for GCs, subcontractors, or specialty trades
Familiarity with Excel, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ProEst or similar
Strong understanding of entry-level roles like Estimating Assistant, Junior Estimator, or Project Coordinator
Interest in mentoring and helping career changers
Availability at least three evenings per week (Tue–Thu)
