📋 Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential remodeling and commercial projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs using construction drawings, specs, and project documents.
• Develop complete estimate proposals with labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Review project plans and specs to identify scope, risks, and pricing.
• Ensure estimates maintain healthy profit margins while remaining competitive.
• Meet estimating deadlines to support bidding and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of U.S. construction estimating experience.
• Strong experience estimating residential remodeling and/or commercial construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift.
• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
