Construction Estimator (Civil/Concrete/Commercial & BIM)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end construction estimating activities, ensuring accurate cost assessments
• Independently manage commercial construction estimating workflows and perform detailed material and
• Prepare comprehensive project estimates, cost breakdowns, and customer-facing bid packages.
• Solicit, review, compare, and coordinate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive and accurate
• Estimate material, labor, equipment, and overall project costs for commercial and civil
• Develop estimates for concrete work, structural steel buildings, ground-up construction

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial or civil construction estimating experience preferred, although strong
• Extensive experience with quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, subcontractor bidding, and commercial
• Background in commercial construction, civil engineering, concrete work, structural steel
• Degree or educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field is
• Strong proficiency in construction estimating and technical software, particularly Bluebeam and
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as HeavyBid, RSMeans, Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and
