Estimate residential, commercial, TI/remodel, and ground-up projects.
Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
Use OST, BAS-SPEED, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and similar takeoff tools.
Identify scope gaps and value engineering opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3-6+ years of experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
Experience with insulation projects; firestopping or fireproofing preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contract documents.
Experience with OST, BAS-SPEED, Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, or other takeoff software; Excel.
Analytical skills with attention to detail; strong English communication; able to work independently.
