• Residential construction/remodeling expertise incl cabinetry, tile, fixtures.
• Evaluate site conditions; anticipate sequencing and constraints.
• Strong cost estimation, margins, and change order knowledge.
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline tracking.
• Proficient with estimating tools, spreadsheets, and proposals.
• Proficient in field documentation (photos, measurements, notes).
