Construction Foreman

📋 Description

• Lead daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects in the Oklahoma City area.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, maintain documentation, and support field teams.
• Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scope.
• Lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles.
• Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of commercial construction field experience
• Strong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management
• Experienced in implementing best practices on job site
• Skilled in reading plans and resolving layout issues
• OSHA 30 and BuilderTrend experience
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)
