Construction Inspector

📋 Description

• Perform routine and milestone inspections of fire protection systems, including fire sprinklers
• Verify installations comply with approved shop drawings, NFPA standards, local codes, and project
• Identify non-conforming work, document deficiencies, and track corrective actions through
• Ensure proper materials, methods, and workmanship are used throughout installation.
• Maintain detailed inspection records, daily reports, and photographic documentation.
• Support preparation of inspection reports, deficiency lists, and closeout documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in inspection, installation, or quality control within commercial or industrial
• Working knowledge of NFPA standards (e.g., NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, 25).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, inspection/reporting tools).
• Ability to work full-time on an active construction site.
