Construction Manager

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively and build effective relationships with project engineers, architects
• Lead coordination meetings and stakeholder engagement (includes airline tenants, CBP, TSA, Airport
• Train and manage Construction Observation Staff
• Monitor contractor progress and construction schedules
• Manage RFI/submittals review process, prevailing wage/ labor compliance, change order development
• Assist with cost estimating, contract administration, and grant compliance throughout the duration

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field; or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of increasing responsibility in a similar role in the construction industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction management role
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, MS Project, Outlook), Bluebeam, Procore (or equivalent)
• Able to pass a Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA)
